তুমি কি সাফল্যকে বরণ করার জন্য ঘরে ওঁৎ পেতে বসে আছো নাকি খুঁজতে বের হয়েছো সাফল্য কোথায় লুকিয়ে আছে ?
যদিও অন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়া “Paradise Lost এবং Paradise Regained” এর কবি Jhon Milton বলেছিলেন, “They also serve who only stand and wait” ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে কার্যকরী হতে পারে, তবে জীবনের সত্যিকারের অর্জন তাদের ঘরেই জমা হয় যারা “ঘরের বাহিরে দুই পা ফেলিয়া ” সাফল্যকে খুঁজে বের করে এবং আবাহন গীত গেয়ে বরণ করে নেয় “এস এস আমার ঘরে এস, বাহির হয়ে এস যে আছো অন্তরে …” বলে।
রাজদণ্ড হাতে বাদকদল পরিবৃত্ত হয়ে উত্তরীয়-অঞ্চল উড়াতে উড়াতে সাফল্য তোমার ঘরে আসবে না। “দীর্ঘ দিবস দীর্ঘরজনীর” দুর্দান্ত পরিশ্রমের ঘামে সিক্ত পথে স্নিগদ্ধ হাসিতে মঙ্গল-ঘট নিয়ে সাফল্য তোমাকে আলিঙ্গন করবে। Well-thought-out plan and Action ছাড়া সাফল্যের কোনো বিকল্প পৃথিবীতে আবিষ্কৃত হয়নি বাবা শশুর-এর কাছে বা রাস্তায় দাঁড়ায়ে হাত পাতা ছাড়া।

ভাল চাকর কিভাবে হয় তা না শিখিয়ে, একজন ভাল উদোক্তা কিভাবে হয় তা শিখতে চাই স্যার। ইউরোপ আর আমেরিকানরা উদ্যোগ নিবে আর আমরা সবাই তাদের ভাল চাকর হব ২৫০ বছরের পুরনো ঢ্রেডিশন টা ভাঙ্গতে চাই। এ বিষয়ে লেখা চাই বেশি বেশি স্যার। ধন্যবাদ।

Serving 33 years as a “Servant” (as you mentioned) I have started my own Consulting Firm Sharpener.
I gave more than 100% during my job. I spent my golden days of life in job. I was brooding a dream in my mind for sooo many a years to get free, to be independent but unfortunately I could not do that!!
Not because of lack of COURAGE ON MY SELF or ON MY CAPACITY rather it was a socio-economic fetter, a nature imposed speed braker that prevented or restricted me from coming out of suffocation.
Working hard so many years I have earned my experience, performed my duty and responsibility and took preparation.
There was always a deep dissatisfaction, a burning desire to do something of my own.
You people are very very fortunate having a comparatively better Bangladesh in respect of economy, availability of business/job opportunity, endless technological advancement.
I appreciate your approach.
I have taken a step to compose a “365 Days Reading” for Corporate employees, Entrepreneurs, Students and other aspirants. It will be “Daily Reading” like any Daily Religious Reading, Cultural Practice, Sports Practice, Exercise, Yoga or Meditation.
I dream to reach this book to all above peoples. Once when I will not be there in this World, I envision to see this book in the hands of Dreaming People and get benefited.
I consider this to be my Contribution to Society and Country as a token of my debt. Society, Country has given me endless, now is the time to refund something. I can refund in the form of this what I have.
Once my Present Task is done, I will surely write on the area you are suggesting though in many day’s writing there is something for the upcoming Start Up’s.
